Aventus Laundry Equipment

Very dishonest people. When I first contacted them I explained that I needed to buy some machines and needed something quite quickly. They told me what I needed to hear, it turns out they are salesman with no allegiance to their customer. I was told I'd receive machines in 3 weeks as they were already in stock and just needed to be shipped, 2 months later when I asked for a refund they refused and said it was a special order. It took over 3 months and responses during that time were slow to say the least. I'd advise using a more reputable company, especially if you're a smaller business as it can be costly with the wait times. For the money they cost me I'll be glad to return the favour, as reading reviews like this will put some potential future customers off dealing with them. The less than reputable people I encountered were Mike Ward and the company director Gary Flatt.

It was a tricky installation. Other suppliers either declined or gave us ridiculous prices. The Aventus lads sorted it all out for us on the day. Great service, they couldnt do enough for us.

I got a great CAD plan of my future laundry and all the equipment was fully explained. Price were reasonable. Easy to make a decision. And thankfully they were installed without hassle and they are working nicely. Good job and thanks.

Happy with my Danube washers and dryers. Polite and efficient installers. Looking forward to the wifi I've been promised.
