Laser Clinics UK - Nottingham

Ive come to LHC in Victoria centre for the 5 laser treatments and can say the laser does work! I have various technicians each time but my favourite was Dani, she was so precise and took her time and made sure she didnt miss any areas whereas sometimes you do feel rushed in some sessions, this was not the case. She was both lovely and professional! Would definitely recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. Dont come here for laser hair removal, they dont know what theyre doing. The setting on their machine is too weak (so that customers dont complain of pain) and this stimulates hair growth rather than reducing it. They have done a terrible job and now I have more hair than before. My most recent experience was terrible. I had blurry vision for over an hour after our session, they came too close too my eyes when doing my face and the eye protection was very poor. Theyre lucky Im not suing them. I have called almost every week for over 4 months to speak to a manager, and they keep telling me she will call me back. She never does. Awful place. Do not come here, this place needs a whole new management team or needs to be shut down. I will be pursuing legal help.

Honestly, dont even bother If youre looking into laser I would not recommend here at all. The staff are rude, incompetent and dont have the right expertise to deal with hair. Ive had multiple sessions and my most recent one they werent thorough, skimmed over my face! When I called back to advise of this the staff were rude. I asked to speak to management and they advised there was none. Dont wast your time and money on here - theres plenty of other laser places that actually care about removing hair and providing you with the service youre paying for. Service: Laser hair removal

This clinic don't deserve 5 stars, staff impolite,rude,unkind, bossy,unhelpful, I really regret why I went there honestly I will never advise someone to go there ,to a place who doesn't know how to respect people, I don't know who is the boss there but your staff need Education

In fact, they don't know what they're doing, they're trying to get more money from people, i.e. I've paid two more times. It's a good idea if you don't go there
