Apparently they messed up on the booking for my child's ski trip and the whole thing was nearly cancelled. Their representative was honest and frank about what happened and took full responsibility. However, they managed to save the day by arranging alternative travel and they had a great time. They offered a refund plus compensation to anyone who didn't want to go. I think this was just a really unfortunate incident which caused a lot of upset, made worse by the queues at Dover. I would still recommend them for working so hard to fix their mistakes and being honest.

Terrible experience. My daughter was supposed to be skiing in Italy but ended up on a 17 hour round trip to sit in dover / Folkestone before trip cancelled and returned home. 80 children and teachers totally devastated. This cannot be blamed entirely on the port- 12 hour waits were happening but it seems the coach never got in the official queue so having waited all night in the wrong place they were expected to join the back of the queue and wait a further 12 hrs. We trusted an experienced company would know how travel disruption is managed on the ground but there was absolutely no contingency for drivers reaching their hours which would have been obvious from the word go by watching the news! Absolutely heartbreaking after a year of buildup for kids who have already missed out on so much during covid. As yet no assurance we will be refunded and appropriately compensated.

The sheer level of incompetence shown by this company in failing to check either weeks or months before my daughters school ski trip that it had coaches available is beyond anything that can be described in a Google review. For the teachers and children to be told minutes before they were due to leave is unforgivable. The company failed in a big way and as a result it will lose the trust of many schools looking to plan future trips. Its reputation will be tarnished forever. Im even worried that the promise of a refund and compensation may not hold, as surely the company must have incurred a massive financial hit as it sounds like there were multiple schools in the same situation. They dont deserve even 1 star. The biggest demonstration I have been involved with of a companys complete and utter failure.
