The customer service I experienced with the sales department has been absolutely atrocious I ordered a new Range Rover D350 Autobiography in October 2021(bearing in mind this was the 4th Range Rover I had purchased, (but the 1st from this dealership) since I placed the order there was NO contact from the sales department whatsoever When I did ring the sales department, the person who initially took the order had left) I was then passed from pillar to post with nobody actually telling me who was going look after me. When a build date was eventually given, I was told the price had gone up, I couldnt wait any longer for my car so purchased another vehicle but was still intending to take delivery of the car, but was told I had to sign a disclaimer to say I wasnt going to sell the car for a 6 month period which I did tell the dealership that was my intention as I had now purchased another vehicle, so they actually withdrew my order I had placed with them. They have confirmed that my deposit will be refunded however I am still waiting for it There are better Land Rover dealerships out there which provide better customer service(which I have experienced) but unfortunately Stratstone in Nottingham are not one of them

Extremely poor customer service, dealt with the sales lady Rosie Sawyer. Her attitude was ignorant and arrogant. I went all the way to Nottingham (2 hours drive) to view the Land Rover evoque, it was in such a bad condition and it needed so many works doing on the car, yet they wasn't willing to compromise the price or the repairs on the vehicle. Rosie made me feel like I wasn't worthy of purchasing the vehicle with her so-called horrible comments, and her posture was dreadful. As a result of the above, I didn't feel confident purchasing the vehicle and finally received my depoist after three days. I would never go back there again. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Rosie, you don't deserve to be in a job dealing with customers, you have no communication skills what so ever, you're more interested in your appearance than doing your job as a customer advisor for what you get paid for!

Great experience purchasing my Evoque with Reece with this dealership. From the first phone call he was super quick and friendly getting back to me & answering ever query I had. I lived about 2hrs away from the dealership so the deal was made over the phone & I drove down to collect it a few days later. When I arrived Reece was all ready and waiting as was the car. Fuss free and super easy. Defo recommend.
