Tek Kickboxing

I have known one of the coaches at TEK since he was 14. He was always a role model and throughout winning numerous WAKO titles he remained hardworking and humble. When my own son expressed an interest in boxing I knew that I wanted him to do it right, and so I followed Wills example and took him to TEK. I wanted him to have the right attitude, training, approach to well being and drive. TEK have exceeded our expectations in every way. To see that many people in a room who have genuinely passion and inspiration for their sport and who are so good with young people and drive them in the right way, warms my heart. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Your never too old to learn! Hitting your 30s, moving away from your home town and being in new surroundings can be hard. Especially to find things to engage with your fitness that's fun and socialable. TEK is a great community and the students are the best support!

My Daughter started at Tek Just over 3 years ago. I can say is that she has developed very well in her Confidence, activity & fitness level in this time. Tek have been very good during the summer lock down by providing outdoor training, (ps, More outdoor training would be great during summer lockdown or not). The only issue I have is regarding the uniform. Its Expensive even for Basic T-Shirt and Tracky bottoms with printed logo. Also in my opinion there should not be various options of uniform colours and/or type but rather a single set uniform for all students. Overall I'm very pleased with my daughter's development 5*

I experienced a self defence class here. I was nervous but they made me feel at home. I learnt some truly valuable life skills including more unusual ones and some good techniques. Thank you!
