Ordered for the first time tonight food eventually came some items missing so called to be told driver had given it to someone else no apology or replacement very rude on phone and extremely poor service will not use again not really worth 1 star

Normally great had Heanor house special kebab asked for extra chicken but no lamb shish they gave me not even half as much chicken as normal and no shish makes no sense and to top it off the chicken was nothing like it normally is was like pre preperated pre cooked dry as hell not nice at all to add to the dissatisfaction they was not interested in sorting any refund for the food and not very helpful at all will never go again and they just lost a great regular customer feel free to try yourself don't say you've not been warned
