        Shambles of a company.and no I'm not an advisor. delay after delay trying to find out any info on my pensions 4 months now and still not had a response from them. When I eventually get my forecast I will be moving it away from them sharpish

        One star is being generous! Unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Stay away from this company nobody seems to know what they are doing . OVER 10 Weeks and still haven't released my funds ....no communication have to phone and email constantly for any info . DO NOT USE

        Don't touch them with a brage pole. They deal with shady companies that scammed me out of most of my lifetime pension and savings. I've been waiting over 2 months to access the few thousand I have left. Mostly down to being given wrong info by their staff and then not getting back to me. You have to jump through hoops to get anything done and there's constant delaying tactics e.g. they know perfectly well who my bank is but I had to send them copy of statement to prove it before they would do anything about my request for MY own money.

        Some people reading this may not realise that the two 1 star reviews are from financial advisers who are not exactly fans of Intelligent Money. The remaining reviews are all from actual clients and all are 5 star. I'll leave you to make up your own mind!
