Performance Networks

We would like to thank the whole team of Performance Networks for taking over and supporting our Ruckus Wi Fi System at our family business - the Roseleigh Guest House , Buxton ,Derbyshire , England. From the very start the communications and assistance were excellent - and also a reason why we have also opted for an annual support package. We would like to especially thank Jordan who came on site for the initial cross over review and to Triston who worked his magic with the the Ruckus Wi Fi system from HQ. Performance Networks currently manage the WiFi within the Hotel, they have also recently upgraded the equipment to improve the connectivity and speed of the network. This process was managed extremely well by their team, both in terms of understanding our requirements and installing the equipment within the hotel as efficiently as possible with minimal downtime.

We recently moved our telephone & broadband lines over to Performance Networks, as well as our wireless internet connections and have been really impressed with the service. From start to finish the whole transition has been seamless, and the fact that it has saved us money is the bonus!

Performance Networks have been our supplier for a number of years. IT is business critical and if support is needed, you want to be sure you get it quickly. PN are always on hand, with just one call and respond immediately. They are knowledgeable, up to date with ever changing technology and give sound advice plus they are friendly too!
