There are many companies in this field that will promise the earth, instantly and then fail to deliver; Boom is not one of them. We used them first as a sounding board when building our fairly extensive and complex e-commerce site and received much considered and valuable advice delivered in a very structured way. We have subsequently used Boom's services to manage the "dark art" that is Pay per Click. Again, we were offered no instant solutions, but have received ongoing support giving constant adjustment to our changing needs, delivered in a timely and professional manner by our named contact whom I have come to regard as an integral part of our team.
