I would like to share my disappointing experience with Visibility Agency. I worked for them for 6 months. After they fired me, they failed to respond to my emails regarding my final payslip and payment. I had asked why I was not paid the full amount of my monthly salary, but received less. To this day I have not received the explanation. Furthermore, my colleague from the Philippines, who was getting paid very little per hour, did not receive her final payment. This is highly unethical, exploitative and unacceptable. Moreover, in my opinion, Visibility Agency's knowledge of SEO and PPC is extremely limited, even basic at best (SEO in particular). As a result, their services may not deliver the expected results for clients who are seeking professional expertise. I would suggest looking for marketing services elsewhere. Also, Visibility Agency kept photos of me and others who were fired on their website. I request the removal of my photo from the website. As per Google's policy, I would like to emphasise that this review is solely based on my personal experience and observations during my employment at Visibility Agency and the statements made are true. I hope my feedback serves as a cautionary note for others considering their services, and encourages them to seek out more ethical and professional companies.

We're a small business in the fitness industry and so rely on new leads coming in to help support the growth of the business. Google is a huge avenue that supplies 50% of our leads so it's vital we have both our website and GoogleAds optimised for peak performance. We've used several agencies over the years, bouncing from one to another. We've discovered a pattern with a lot of agencies where during those first 3 months the customer service, communication and quality of work is all top notch until, complacently starts to kick in around the six month mark and things start slipping the net. We've been working with Visibility Agency for a little over a year now and can confidently say, their customer service, communication and quality of work is the same today as it was when we first hired them. They've been the only agency we've used where we receive regular updates, meetings and monthly reports, without fail. They've been an integral part to the growth of our business and cannot recommend them highly enough for both the management of your GoogleAds and website SEO.

We've been working with George at Visibility now for around 9 months and have had excellent results including improved SEO results and key word rankings! would highly recommend visibility!
