it seems whatever your issue is its not covered. i asked specific details about their regulator and the information i got was very slow in forthcoming - the person i talked to lacked experience and up to date knowledge on the most basic rights. Telling me i would be out of time for not making a data breach claim in 3 months - i know thats not the case and refers to employment tribunals . i certainly may have to change insurance company if this is the best legal advice they can offer. i would advise everyone to check their policies and if its mistral they deal with then dont hold your breath !

This company should be called a Swindling company not an insurance company. I made a small claim for a leak and guess what..? Oh in the Ts and Cs no part of the claim is covered! Disgusting!!

Worse company ever stay well away promised me they would sort out the problem of two policies they did instead of only one that I needed them went ahead and took out two payments plus a payment of 25 admin charges awfull company
