The team will always endeavour to help you to tailor a policy. They are always available at the end of the phone which is reassuring in these times of comparison websites and call centres. No 'Chat Bots' here, just helpful people. Highly recommended, and you won't regret giving them a call. Top Tip, when buying a new car, don't take GAP insurance from the dealer. IIB has great value GAP insurance policies.
