I thought it was expensive when we last came and now they have put the prices up even higher. Food very expensive for what it is, burnt chips and raw onion rings never gave any cutlery either. Kitchen closed at 4 2 hours before closing time?? Staff just stood around doing nothing for the remaining two hours.. Kicked us out at 5:45, 15 minutes before the advertised closing time. They cant get you out the door soon enough and not happy about all the staff standing around giving funny looks while youre getting stuff together to leave. They seem so annoyed as if youre a nuisance to them and delaying them from finishing! Also the gate was left open so children could get out by themselves. Did not notice this while putting my shoes on there was kids running out the door and the girl on the desk just stood and watched them go out the front door alone!! Normally come here as a chosen soft play but wont be returning again! Its gone down hill over the years and seems to be getting worse still. Needs a good clean and refresh and staff that actually want to be there.

Prices get higher Everytime I go! 15.20 I paid for the last hour yesterday for a 2 year old & a 10 year old.. because there was 2 adults! Ridiculous.. we use to enjoy coming here.. and the staff just stand around in the kitchen talking most of the time while youre either waiting to get in or out. I also seen a man vaping in there, yesterday evening between 5-6pm right next to where the babies sit and play. Shame because weve been coming here for years.
