70 order cancelled minutes before delivery, no explanation, no call to explain or apologise, zero concept of customer service or loyalty, and such a great shame as they can turn out some brilliant food. Really hope an honest business replaces them, and keeps the chefs on.

Brilliant food, dreadful service! Weve ordered food from Spicy Nights many times due to the food always being so good. However, we have given up using them due to the appalling service and delivery times. We get quoted delivery times of 40 minutes and its been up to two hours and the food usually requires putting in the microwave to warm through when it arrives lukewarm. Weve been happy enough with this for a couple of years but this evening we placed an order on the app and 40 minutes later got a text to say the order was unable to be accepted and had been cancelled!!!. Why it takes 40 minutes to tell us this I have no idea, the app shouldnt even be accepting orders in the first place if theyre too busy or unable to take the orders. Now were left to order from elsewhere during peak times and will have to wait a while to have food delivered. In short, the food is great but the customer service is terrible.

Food never arrived!!!! Dont order cost 30 for them to say they delivered and never replied. Rang up and theyre liars too. No voicemail left like stated below not one single phone call made. My number on just eat is my number which just eat confirmed with me this morning when asking for my refund. You also placed the food as delivered when it was not. Wont use you again and seeing as Im quite a regular customer Im appalled.

Very very poor, ordered my kebab along with my families order, on it arriving and unpacking I tasted the sauce which was incorrect. On ringing spicy nights the receptionist firstly gave the excuse of oh yours must have been packaged wrong can you collect as we don't have enough drivers and it might be a while, not the sort of thing you want to hear to which I told her that. She informed me that would get another out. A few minutes later I received a phone call from the receptionist informing me she had spoke to the packer and he said it wasn't wrong to which I had to inform her my taste buds are not wrong also. The cheek to ring me and make me out to be a lier absolute disgrace. I've orders from here a few times with no issues but after the way I was spoken to tonight I will not recommend spicy night personally or through my business with this sort of customer service
