Order was well presented. Arrived 10 minutes earlier! Food arrived piping hot and the meat was nice and tender. Will definitely be coming back to shama! their lamb dum biryani is a must!

Awful service. Have ordered before but not again. Called the restaurant twice before getting my order. When called the first time I was told the order was with the driver, after half an hour still no food, rang again and he spoke with the driver and the driver advised it would be 5 mins, 10 minutes later the food turned up, the curry at the bottom of the bag had leaked and only received half the poppadoms Id ordered (ridiculously priced at 1 a poppadom) altogether waited over an hour and a half for the food. overall disgusted in all honesty will not be ordering again.

definitely my favourite place to get indian cuisine!! i order from them at least once a month and even though its delivery, it was still hot and delicious
