TukTuk West Bridgford

Took almost 3 HOURS for delivery after being given an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. I called numerous times over the last 2 hours and kept getting told it was "10 minutes away", which was a complete lie. I also got told i would be refunded some money for such a poor delivery service which never happened. When the food finally arrived they had not put the rice in the bag and i called again to explain this and got told i would be "refunded 10" for the total order. Not great considering I was missing items anyway and the order wasn't even complete. Probably the worst delivery I have ever experienced and whilst I appreciate they were probably busy, they shouldn't take on orders they can't complete in good time. They definitely shouldn't keep lying about it when the order is being chased up and promise refunds if they don't have any intention of refunding money. In short, criminally long delivery time, complete lies told when chasing it up, false promises of refunds and the order not even being delivered complete. I will never be ordering from here again.

Placed an order through Deliveroo, ETA was 30 mins, 90 mins later they wouldn't answer the phone to me or the Deliveroo customer service agent (I called 6 times during a 20 min period). Order cancelled, terrible service!

If you're a fan of flavour, quality ingredients, and authentic Indian food, TukTuk West Bridgford is the perfect place to avoid. However, if you're a die-hard fan of Heinz Tomato Soup then I would recommend any of the tomato-based dishes. My partner and I were looking forward to a tasty Indian and a film but sadly, we only got one of those things. Disappointed is an understatement. I've never experienced such a plain, clearly neglected, watery "curry" in my life. "Mild. Well flavoured subtle creamy tomato and cashew nut sauce with dried fenugreek leaves and fresh coriander"? - more like overcooked, chewy chicken, Heinz tomato soup, and ground almonds (with no sign of Fenugreek or Coriander). If you're going to half-as* it, I'd suggest buying microwavable meals from Iceland and serving those instead - they'd probably have more flavour. We ordered this tonight on my girlfriend's Uber Eats account. I'm not usually one to leave a review but this deserved it.
