Always lovely when we sit in but on this occasion we had ice creams to take away. Staff are always excellent and very kindly spoken. On this occasion my son dropped his ice cream outside and the lovely gentleman who I believe to be the owner replaced his ice cream without a charge which was so kind. Lovely atmosphere great for kids families and couples. Their presentation is always outstanding. 5 stars all the way. Thank you guys

This is the best place to be literally if you love ice creams, desserts, or shakes. Their customer service is exceptional. Hasan, John and Rabiya attended to my orders and they are great staff. They do a fantastic job to ensure customers are happy. I will definitely come again.

Every time I have came in, I have been greeted by amazing staff, especially Haider. Service is amazing and the desserts are to die for, especially from being out of town, I wasnt let down.

I often come with my husband, and we both think the milkshakes always taste great every time. What is off putting, however, some of the service and how some staff speak when we are trying to enjoy our drinks. Last time we went in, we left a tip for a gentleman, but as we were walking out, he was told to put in the till, and today the place was busy, but one of the staff was in a fit of rage and used foul language in front of the customers, for an Uber driver that accidentally came in to the wrong place and had just asked the man for help. Please do improve your service, as everything else is okay. We do not want to be seeing or hearing unnecessary things when we just want to enjoy ourselves.
