Over the past 4 months Sally Race has provided me with Professional hypnotherapy in a safe place. Sally has the ability to make you feel relaxed and calm in order for you to address and deal with subconscious memories. By setting Goals and knowing what you want to achieve, Sally can tailor the sessions to meet your needs , so that you can deal with the past whilst looking forward to the future. I gave hypnotherapy a try as Id developed a driving phobia which had been worsening over time. It started as a panic attack on a motorway and developed to the stage where I couldnt drive on a dual carriageway. I had a one-hour hypnotherapy session with Sally once a week for about seven weeks. Theres cheap parking very near her studio and coffee shops in case you arrive early. It was an interesting experience and more importantly a success. I felt more relaxed driving after each session and noticed a significant improvement in my confidence on the road. Not sure how it worked, but it did (along with pushing myself). Im now driving fine!

Sally helped me overcome my food addiction and offered brilliant advice/support throughout. Not only did I learn how to live a better lifestyle, but I also dropped 10 dress sizes!
