        W have waited four and a half years to have the repairs and a rat problem sorted, the property is only five years old.

        Very rude as my cooker is not working and all my electricity had gone . I'm a disabled person and she said as bought the cooker myself she could not help . But no help to get someone round to fix my electricity and gas not a good easter for myself alone and disabled.
