        Fuming is an understatement! Tried contacting to get no where, you have left my daughter and my 2grandchildren in a flat with the roof literally caving in, the next thing you will hear from me will be from my solicitor- you do not put my autistic grandchildren in that position nor my daughter, steps will be taken against you....

        Every time my vulnerable elderly relative has an issue, the workmen never show up with no communication, never before have I witnessed an organisation ran with such ineptitude...Absolutely Shocking

        Metropolitan are lazy never turn up for repairs never answer your calls I am still waiting for the a damp patch on my ceiling in bath room to be looked at ? 2 years on they never turn up I was in council accommodation before I moved this new place I thought it would be better as my council accommodation was very bad 20 years on the waiting list to get out of that damp freezing flat I had lots of illness am with housing association 5 years it's a night mare ,
