I don't think we'd stay in a staff free hotel again, it was definitely a new experience, but we weren't 100% comfortable sending an extra 100 and I.D through pictures. We booked for a super deluxe king, the bed was huge, but we soon realised it was just two single beds pushed together so you ended up falling down the middle (it was only on our last night that we stripped all the sheets and found a zip to connect them) Bathroom is small, shower is pretty weak, The free WiFi was a nice touch and was very pleased to see the TV had Netflix (using your own account) so we weren't stuck watching generic holiday TV. The stairs! Oh gosh. We were on the top floor and had to walk up so many stairs with heavy bags, everytime we wanted to get in or out. They need a lift. The property is definitely NOT disability friendly. Close to local shops and a ten minute walk to the tramlines to get into Nottingham's city centre
