        If I could give this company zero stars I would. Customer service is an absolute disgrace. You will be lied to through the whole house purchasing process by st. Modwen. If for whatever reason you are still wanting to buy from st. Modwen having taken this bad review into account, make sure you have everything they tell you in writing. As you will be lied to and just be told what you want to hear by them through the whole process. The way st. Modwen treat their customers is disgusting and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this. I was coming towards the end of the purchase process about to move into one of their finished new-build homes, until the very final moment when st. Modwen decided they wanted to sell the property on for more money and decided to cancel my reservation, because of this, all the solicitors fees paid have been in vain and all I've got out of this process is a loss of hard earned money and a waste of time and effort. If you're looking to buy a house, my advice would be to AVOID st. Modwen homes Eastwood at all costs.
