XL Lofts

Absolutely brilliant, 100% recommend Gary and is excellent team Norm and Luke without any hesitation. We wanted a builder and of course look on the internet and asked around, then met a fair few. Gary approach to the project gave us the confidence that he was the right man for the job. The work was on our 1930 semi, to construct a large dormer to enlarge our bathroom which they then divided to create an ensuite bathroom by making an opening into the adjourning bedroom. From the start to the end of the works they were pleasant, did everything they said, kept us informed, we were happy to leave them in the house, sometimes to lock up. Other trades that came afterwards admired the craftsmanship's as well as neighbours and friends some of which are in the building trade. Inside we have a lovely space, outside it looks beautiful, the attention to detail was fantastic. A job of quality

Just had a dormer extension completed by XL lofts. Finished job is fantastic. Professional throughout, very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone whos considering any work in the future. I think they even offer singing lessons! Top job. Thanks Gary and the team.

As a growing family of five we spent considerable time and effort in searching for someone to undertake our dormer loft conversion. In speaking with a number of people within the trade we finally came upon XL Lofts. From the outset Gary showed not only a great deal of knowledge and experience but also had the enthusiasm and interest in our project. Throughout every stage of the build he was able to offer guidance and support and as any problems arose he worked around them, taking our busy family life into account at all times. Budget and cost were as per the original quote other than an extra cost for fire doors which we'd chosen to upgrade from the basic style that Gary initially budgeted for. The standard of workmanship was excellent throughout and all other trades that joined the project, under XL Lofts, were a pleasure to host with commitment and quality apparent at all times. We had a number of concerns to how we were to achieve a number of things throughout the build but again Gary guided us through everything one step at a time. We would highly recommend XL Lofts in everything they have to offer and thank both Gary and Jack for their hard work, professionalism and commitment throughout the build. Thankyou.

We couldnt be happier with the loft conversion that has been done for us. The quote we were given was pretty much what we paid & was competitive with others we received. All the other trades were organised & co-ordinated by Gary so was a very stress free experience. The craftsmanship of all the work they did was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
