Mark Edwards driver is brilliant we don't have the easiest of Access for the oil delivery but he is very patient. I also spoke to such a lovely young lady at the office called Rosie who even at 8am was so bright and cheerful Thank you NWF

NWF FUELS delivered my fuel this week and caused criminal damage on the entrance to our property when contacted the driver commented that "he couldn't remember coming to our property" we sent pictures of the damage our gateway and damage caused with no response! cant believe people are so dishonest!

After having our order delayed three days in a row and on our previous orders as well we are now thoroughly fed up with the gross level of incompetence shown by NWF fuels. I do not normally post reviews of a negative nature but Im afraid our repeated experience of their poor performance and frank unwillingness to prioritise, recompense or extend good will to customers who have received poor service is obscene. I advise anyone buying heating oil to avoid this company like the plague.
