Linda Booth of Just For Tummies came very highly recommended to me in 2013 when I was experiencing ongoing stomach issues. After a positive phone consultation we met very quickly for the first time in the November and I instantly felt comforted and supported with the knowledge that Linda was not only very highly qualified and experienced in her profession but she genuinely cared about my health. Linda has guided and helped me complete over 13 Liver cleanses, ridding myself naturally of gallstones. Without her I have no doubt my gallbladder would have had to be removed. I visit on a monthly basis for colonic and have done for over 4 years, I couldn't and wouldn't be without this treatment. I've used all of the Just For Tummies supplement range, the Live Bacteria and the Digestive Enzymes are my daily products and I have used these with noticeable positive benefits for at least the last two years. When going abroad I take these and the Activated Charcoal and to date haven't experienced any nasty tummy bugs which before was a regular occurrence. Linda's knowledge and around the clock support is invaluable to me and I couldn't recommend herself and her wonderful products more highly.

Runners with abdominal pain please read! I have had a nagging pain in the left side of my groin area for the best part of 2014. As a runner I had a half marathon, a 15 mile race and a marathon all planned for this year. The pain initially started during my Silverstone Half Marathon training. I managed to complete it but it was agony. I pulled out of my full marathon training as the pain was unmanageable. I had MRI scans, Ultrasound scans (for a suspected hernia or tor abdominal muscle), Gait Analysis, consultations with my Osteopath, a Sports Massage Therapist and more recently with a Physio and all admitted to being beaten by it. The main strange thing was the pain wasn't consistent. I could do a long steady run and be fine one day but another day be in agony after. I could do a short faster run and be fine one day and hardly able to walk another time. And then one day I did nothing for a week due to being poorly and the area felt better until the day I decided to do something like a run and it hurt. By then I thought it must be a mental thing! I had an appointment with Linda booked for some Colonic Irrigation mainly to look after my health now I am mid forties. I have a good diet, exercise well, generally look after myself and a colonic seemed a natural extension of this. What I didn't expect to get out of this was relief of all my symptoms! Linda noticed on palpation of my abdomen that I seemed to have a lot of gas trapped and this was seen during the hydrotherapy treatment. At the end Linda mentioned I may well find my symptom's of pain in the groin as well as anal area would go away. I have to admit (sorry Linda) I was sceptical. Nothing else had worked and how could anything Linda had done would help? But after a couple of days I realised I was no longer in agony getting up from sitting, I could sprint after the dog from a standing start (before I had to ease in gently - assume waiting for endorphins to work). I still cant believe it. I did a 10 mile run the other day and all I felt was a little bit of sciatica. I am absolutely so grateful to Linda from the bottom of my heart. I can now do the one thing I love doing and am actively looking for next years marathon. Only 10 days ago I was thinking I would have to hang up my running shoes for good. Thank you Linda. You are an absolute star! xx

After suffering with awful IBS (c) for the last 17 years, I didn't think it was possible to feel normal and healthy again, until I came across Linda and her clinic online. Linda is a lovely lady, she is a very experience and professional therapist who is extremely knowledgable in her area what she doesn't know about digestive health isn't worth knowing! She conducts the treatment very discreetly and makes you feel at ease throughout the hydrotherapy procedure. The clinic is beautifully clean and you're made to feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door! After two sessions, including hydrotherapy and talking about my general health and diet, I can definitely say that I haven't felt this good since my problems began. I would recommend Linda to anyone who is suffering from similar conditions to seek her out as soon as you can!

Being a man I was very skeptical about the idea of having a colonic irrigation, not knowing fully what it entailed or any sort of understanding as to what the procedure would be like. Straight away Linda made me feel at ease and very comfortable. She informed me a great detail about the procedure, explaining what exactly she would do. I learnt so much about my colon system and how certain body parts function. Im a professional Ballet Dancer touring with Matthew Bournes Swan Lake and I had been experiencing lower back pain and tightness on the right side of my stomach. Straight away during the treatment my lower back felt freer and my stomach felt less bloated. I cant believe Ive left it so long to see Linda. Ive already booked an appointment for January, as I truly believe this treatment works. If youre a guy and you are questioning whether to have a colonic with Linda, Id say dont hesitate, book an appointment ASAP.
