        Absolutely fantastic night ghost hunting. A big thank you to the office team for their help and support making the booking etc, a big thank to Emma and Hazel for all your help. Also big thank you to the team at Newsham Park Hospital for a great night, I will be booking again thank you.

        Have been several times but had to change an appointment due to partner needing open heart surgery gave adequate notice and asked to change or refund event!! Was told by Emma that they would resell as it was a sell out event!!! I kept checking web and my tickets were never offered for resale!!!!!! Emma assured me that there was a waiting list and that she was contacting all the people on the list to resell!!!!!! Poor service!!! Didnt resell!!! Didnt bother contacting me!!! Really stressful worrying time for our family and this company were unhelpful, unprofessional and unkind!!!!

        I've been going on events with Haunted Happenings since 2009 and I wouldn't go with any other company. Was bemused to read a review from a year ago that mentioned actors?! I can safely say that no staff have been actors. Some nights there has been activity and some not. Nevertheless it's always been a fun and interesting night.
