Jaybees is phenomenal. Not only is the owner a wonderful human but also such a incredibly talented hairdresser. This salon is truly a safe and comfortable place for all people, I've never felt so comfortable and relaxed. In the notes section when booking my appointment I put that I have a condition that makes movement painful and I have limited movement in my neck, Jess washed and cut my hair so gently that at times, I forgot what she was doing. There was no constant moving of your head like in normal salons, she worked around my disability and made my hair appointment an amazing experience. In the past, my hair appointments with other salons ended with me hating the cut, feeling judged, crying in pain, feeling anxious and a dip in my MH. But my experience with Jaybees was the complete opposite, I left loving the haircut, feeling relaxed, confident and I never thought I would say this, but I can't wait to get my hair to grow so I can visit Jaybees again :) Services: Blowouts, Blowdry, Curly hair, Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling

I first used Jaybees services when Jess opened up her salon on Mapperly top and have been a client since. Jaybees offers the most professional and friendly service I have ever received. Jess has an amazing personality and will engage in conversation, trying to get to know her clients. I always got what I wanted and never left the salon disappointed. The prices are very reasonable considering the amazing talent Jess has and the amount of love she puts into her work. I honestly couldnt wish to have found a better hair dresser and now that I have moved from Nottingham I am dreading finding someone else I will trust with my hair due to the standard and expectations set and met by Jess. I wish you all the best lovely and hope to see you again one day xx
