        I ordered hair gel from Gooseberry's website over 4 months ago and I have still not received anything. I have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and have never got a reply. I am going to have to try and get the money back from my credit card provider. Please don't make the same mistake as me, DO NOT USE GOOSEBERRY! They are cheaper than everywhere else but you will never receive anything. Shocking company!

        Scammers. Ordered some shampoo from them and it never arrived. Emails and voicemails all been ignored. Have reported to Trading Standards. Don't touch this company with a bargepole!!

        Seems that many of us are going through the same experience of ordering products from Gooseberry's website only to have them a) not be despatched b) have our requests for updates/information/refunds go unanswered. I placed an order for some products on 21st June, over a month later I have had 1 email suggesting my items will be with me, and since then absolutely no response. I have requested my money back. Still nothing. I'll be using my credit card company to try to retrieve the money and until then I'll be doing my best to warn other people away from this shambolic business. Don't go into online retailing if you're a high street salon...
