Pippa was 25 minutes late for the appointment. Showed her a photo. She said she could do it. Asked her for the specific partings in the photo. She said yes. Parted my hair wrong. Not even straight. I spoke up and said "Do you mind adjusting this parting it's not straight?". She said "Just let me do my job". 2 partings in front aren't the same size. Most of the partings aren't the same size. I had tears in my eyes in the studio. This tells me Pippa doesn't take a lot of pride in her work and making sure her customers are happy with their hair and the service. She didn't check I was happy. She hurried on to the next customer without taking my payment. The braids were quick but it's probably because she didn't care about how they turned out.

Can't recommend getting *Crotchet Braids* done here. Painful than ever, and I've had many done over the years. Concern was dismissed. Futile attempts to loosen braids. Have taken them out due to unbearable pain 48h later turn to unbearable itching -- 3 weeks roughly. Tried to hydrate/moisturise throughout having them to ease being uncomfortable, no luck.. Turns out, scalp covered in scabs. Never ever happened before. Hair...seems okay at present, but washing will reveal any lasting damage. Really disappointed--had been rooting for this business, but I really can't go back. Do take care.

Pippa has given me transformation that Ive always needed! She is professional, hard working individual thats passionate about something she loves and is able to provide a comfortable pleasant environment. Pippa was also able to answer any questions that I had for this particular style. Overall a very happy client! I will be returning to you soon
