        Had 11am appt today (30th Jan) turned up at 10:50 to see there was a painter/decorator in their shop. There was supposed to be a note in their door saying they were upstairs. There was no member of staff letting customers know so I went somewhere else. New customers be weary of them. No communication between customers and staff won't be going there again
