        She's a very lovely woman but I'm not happy with what I got. I went in with a picture of an old haircut, a long bob that's shorter at the back, and I left with a Karen hair do. She asked if I wanted the back undercut, I said sure not really knowing what that was. That's not what she did, it's essentially a pixie cut at the back that I didn't realise till she showed me. She also made a mistake, when she was trying to make the sides by my face even. She cut too much off the front at one side, we both knew it, and she tried covering it up by offering a fridge. After that I just wanted to get out of the chair. Look if she's your favourite, power to you, but if you're looking for a new hairdresser to go to for a trim after lockdown I wouldn't choose her.
