        I had my first appointment with Lauren last week. Firstly, the salon, it's really lovely, with contemporary styling and is spotlessly clean. Lauren made me feel very welcome and at ease. She listened to what I thought I needed and made helpful suggestions. I'm so pleased with the cut that Lauren did, she was absolutely brilliant. She's totally customer focused , calm and reassuring. Her quality of work is excellent . The blow dry lasted really well even in awful weather! I'm so happy with the service here, I can't recommend her highly enough and will be going back again soon. I'm happy to recommend her to friends and family members. Service: Hairstyling
