        Gutted beyond words and a complete disaster! I had false eyelashes put in a week ago by Lorna. After 4 days clumps fell out despite following the aftercare instructions. However, not only did the false eyelashes come out but also my own eyelashes and now my eye lids hurt! I am now left with a few false eyelashes and none of my own! I can't go out and am crying! Surely this is not suppose to happen!!

        Booked appointment during lunch break. Arrived and was told it's a 45 minute wait. Not impressed as I wasted my lunch break for nothing.
