I would like to throughly recommend Crossfitcomet gym.
I joined when it first opened over a year ago now, when I had a free trial with head coach Dan Goodfellow and was hooked straight away.
All the coaches there care, give help, advice and support to all levels of athlete.They have a knack of getting you to do things that you didnt think you could achieve.
The gym has everything you could possibly need to achieve your goals.
The programming is really good and well structured.
Its a friendly environment to train and I cannot recommend a Saturday morning WOD highly enough, where you work in a team and sweat a lot
All in all I would give it 10 stars if I could.
