Ive been a member of Forefront since 2020 and I havent looked back. The team are hugely knowledgeable, the programmes are varied and actually produce results- all this in a really inclusive and friendly environment. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

I dislocated my knee playing rugby and had surgery to repair the ligaments. After the surgery I did a bit of physio but my knee has never be the same. When I attempted to run it was more akin to a hobble. The other night,after one of Callum's sessions, it was raining and I was running back to the car. I was pleasantly surprised; I no longer hobbled. Had I attended Callums S&C sessions soon after my knee op I believe I could have returned to playing rugby. My knee feels far more stable and that is all credit to Callum. Thanks Callum

I wasn't sure about the group-based PT approach to start with, but I think it really works well. The sessions are interesting, the skill level is entirely at your own personal discretion (though you are encouraged to push yourself a little more each time). When I started I didn't have a clue what half the equipment was, nevermind what the exercises were, but the trainers are really supportive and great at teaching the correct way to work out. I can't recommend it enough!

I did the 8 week program at Forefront Fitness I can honestly say it's the best thing I did. It took alot to enter a gym as my confidence and fitness was at an all time Low but as soon as I stepped In I felt totally at ease. Even though there was a a couple of lockdowns thrown into the 8 week program Callum continued the sessions online. The knowledge, structure and professionalism at the gym is absolutely fantastic. I always left feeling 10 times better then when I walked in. So a massive thank you to everyone that helped me get back on track.
