        I use the gym as well as their lie down sunbed for tanning. Its a reasonable price for city centre training.

        Formula One is a amazing, pleasant gym. i have been going for a while now and how quickly and home i was made to feel was astonishing! you are always greeted by a friendly face at reception and made to feel appreciated. The gym floor had everything you need with a range of dumbbells varying in size, plate loaded machines to a variety of cardio exercise's for you to choose from. they also have a studio with a range of boxing equipment. i would highly recommend!

        An amazing gym in the heart of the city centre, with a good variety of equipment. The staff are all extremely friendly and encouraging to help reach your goals.

        Lovely gym. Love the ladies only gym has everything you need and a great view over Nottingham during resting sets. Been to spin class and loved it. Clean and spacious. Water fountains would be good to fill up bottles.
