Not too busy which is great as you get to do your workout you have planned.
Everyone is very friendly. And the manager knows her stuff and is on hand to help with anything.
I have joined gyms before and been one of them member's that goes once a month. Since being at JR'S go 5 times a week and enjoy working out now
