        After putting off joining a gym/club fo some time I eventually found CrossFit Nottingham and have to say I am so glad that I did. They are extremely welcoming and walked me through the basics with a thorough induction. The classes are great and totally inclusive of all abilities/ages, so the pace is your own. The staff are friendly and encouraging and willing to talk through any aspect of the workout to ensure that you have it right. I highly recommend anyone who's not sure where to go next with their health and fitness to consider CrossFit Nottingham.

        Very nice gym! They have an area specifically for weightlifting you can use and not disturb the CrossFit class. Thats an amazing feature for traveling weightlifters. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Definitely would visit again.
