DMT Photographics have done some fantastic work for us over a number of years. We have had properties photographed for our student lettings portfolio, and, more recently, staff photographs and city shots for our website. Before Dave formed DMT Photographics, I employed Dave on a number of occasions to carry out what we call Photographic Schedule of Condition reports on commercial buildings. This involved recording the condition of commercial buildings prior to clients entering into full maintenance leases, so that at the end of a lengthy lease period, there was no ambiguity over potential Damage or neglect to a building. This frequently involved some long range shots using powerful lenses, climbing into cavities in ceilings, on roof tops etc. Dave was always very professional and methodical and produced perfect results every time.
