Told my life in the UK results would be emailed to me within 10 minutes. 5 hours later NO RESULT! No email, not on my online account. Very angry and inconvenient. Staff seemed under pressure and clearly no time to fulfil the service I paid for... to verbally receive my result right after the test. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER!

Had a test yesterday was told the result verbally which was a pass but they said result shall arrive in next 10 mins but waited outside for 30 mins no result went back enquired they said it can take upto 3 hours max that was 6:00 pm yesterday 24 hours later and still no email nothing why do they guys get awaybwith unprofessional service if it was free then you can understand the lack of professionalism but we payed for the test atleast they can do is confirm and email the result.... utter ridiculous... sorry but im fuming today after trying to get them to email 4x still nothing

Just had my Life in UK test today here and i pass from the first time. I was so scared i will fail, because i was so nervous and shaking haha but happy in the end as i study and practice a lot and saw a couples of historical movies. Very easy and fast( i think i finish my test in less than 5 minutes) Came last one and finish first one! The building is small, but the staff it was friendly. Thank you for this lovely experience. You should have more reviews Recommend this centre

Social distancing is non existent here. I interacted with two members of staff. One was very friendly, the other was a bit condescending with his line of questioning. Overall, the wait time was reasonable and the test result was emailed in less than 10 minutes.
