        I have been trying to sort my state pension out for over a year now. Money I paid in has gone missing and my letters don't get answered. I have spent well over an hour waiting for someone to answer , being passed around and told a specialist team will contact me. That was in Sept and a formal complaint letter has not even been acknowledged.
