One of the staff refused myself anyhelp with myself getting an advance payment . I needed to that month we I was short cause the statement said I was getting the same amount of maternity pay as the previous month but this wasn't true . I thought it was unnecessary as you can apply for advance anytime it dosent have to be before your statement eachmonth . I was short of food for my kids and baby a scary place to be in and I don't wish it on anyone . Don't rely on help from these guys . That one member of staff one of the younger ones it seems to put alot of pressure on finding work when you have kids and single on benefits. Just saying be aware and don't let anyone put you down if they are pressure you to find work like one member of staff did with myself .

The phone number isn't correct it goes to a strange series of messages that don't make sense. I don't understand what is going on

A bit intimidating going for first time but the staff is amazing just think the waiting room could be less intimidating.

Staff are sound but no one ever answers the phone or responds to your journal messages
