Avoid. Placed an order and didnt hear anything for 2 weeks and after messaging several times and not one reply I am now in the process of receiving a refund through the fraud team at my bank. Wouldnt recommend anyone makes an order with this 'company' because not only will you not get your order theyll also keep your money and ignore any messages you send.

I wish I read reviews on here before purchasing from this company. I ordered 2 items which the shop kindly allowed me pay up with no time limit. Having had to message several times for them to confirm my payment had been received each time I sent one and response took a long time. I would try email, messenger, Instagram and here on Google chat. I asked for my whole order to be cancelled after finding out the shop sold one I the items I was paying for. After several messages back and forth the shop finally agreed to refund me. I have now been awaiting almost 20 working days for my refund. They told me there was a problem with PayPal but they haven't responded to my messages and no one answers the telephone number they have listed here. I'm feeling very stressed about the whole ordeal. I would appreciate a response and my money refunded. I will update this review if any progress is made. I am still waiting for my refund, the shop suggested I send a request to their PayPal for my refund which I did last week, no response from shop after countless messages. I don't understand what the hold up is. I eventually received my refund, after a very stressful time. I will not use this company again and wouldn't recommend them.

I have placed an order, and no response. Telephone numbers are incorrect when dialled. Wish Id seen these reviews first. I have tried emails, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If the owner could kindly review my order (1105) I would be happy to amend my reviewbut so far seems like a scam and I will have to go to the bank/small claims to obtain a refund.
