Never in my life have I come across a GP surgery like this. I have never had any problems with my previous GP and their care was outstanding. I just wish I had read the CQC reports when I moved into the area as I would never have joined this practice. There were multiple failings and incidents from Doctors, who were dismissive, very rude and accusatory! Unfortunately most of the reception and management team are extremely rude and abrupt, there is the odd polite staff member on the reception team, but the bad significantly outweighs the good. My son was present when a couple of incidents occurred in this GP practice. You want your children to have faith and trust in the medical services, but this GP surgery failed significantly! We decided enough is enough as the two months we were at this GP was considerably stressful and upsetting. Since leaving the surgery we are all over the moon with the outstanding care we have received, I would also like to point out that we have had NO problems or issues at our new GP practice. A complaint has been raised to the powers that be, but please avoid at all cost if you want good care!

Giving one star. Deserve none really. I have been failed for 10 years plus and when i challenged my ex useless dr, i was told to leave that surgery, i only asked how she missed a major mental health disorder for 10 years plus despite my pleas for help,over the course of 10 years. .....they are now failing my mother. By LOOSING a cancer screening test. This surgery should be shut down and the Dr in question who has a complaint against her should really be struck off. Absolutely disgusting "care" if that's what you can call it from the ilkeston health centre

Had an issue with a prescription today and I have to say that Dr Johal was great, even offered to drop the prescription off herself, this only cemented my opinion of her as she has really looked after my mother during her cancer treatment.
