        The Valley Surgery has always been an excellent practice but truly excelled during Covid. When I heard the problems my friends were having to even get a phone appointment, I felt really lucky to be in the safe hands of the Valley. Needless to say that includes office staff and nurses as well as the gifted selection of GPS.

        The doctors at this practice have been amazing with our baby daughter. They always call back and see her the same day and are so quick at sorting out anything she needs. The staff on the phone are friendly and helpful and everyone goes above and beyond. At a time when GPs are busy and overstretched I wanted to say they do a brilliant job! Often staying late and always reading the notes before hand.
