Highcroft Surgery, Arnold

You cant even book a doctors apartment in advance. Get told to ring up on day for appointment. That makes no sense. I need 1 weeks notice to book a day of work!! Why cant pre book a slot! Some people do work.

I've had three interactions with the surgery in the last month, all have been very positive with really good care given by nurses and the Doctor. Today I did an e-consult at 7am and had a call back by 16.15 by a Doctor who was very kind and helpful. I like the e-consult system, I just wish that it wouldn't get turned off by 8am, and instead just continued to accept submissions and prioritised them based on urgency.

Had no issue getting an appointment for infection in the ear as I will be flying soon . Need ears syringed but can't afford it and the doctor said if I can afford to fly I can afford to get my ears sorted . My father paid for the flight as he has a life threatening condition and wants to see me before its to late so I'd appreciate she keeps her opinions to her self when she knows nothing of the situation. She didn't even help me out still got infection no medication no future appointment made .

Extremely poorly partner... did the e consult, over 48 hours later and still not called us. Absolutely disgusting "practice" We will register him elsewhere, this surgery does not care. Update 72 hours later still no call....
