Lady Bay Loft Conversions

Sadly we had a bad experience. The builders cut into what turned out to be an asbestos ceiling without checking. This just happened to be in my 6 months olds bedroom right over her cot. no apologies or contrition. I will never suggest this company to friends.

If you are thinking about getting a loft conversion in the West Bridgford area this is the only company to use. Martyn and his team are brilliant, quality of work is of an exceptional standard and nothing is too much trouble. I dont recognise what the 2 star rating on here is saying. Martyn is super friendly and respectful of the house, we were 8 months pregnant when he completed our first loft and was brilliant. I have since used him for another loft in another property and recommended him to friends who have had a great experience. In any building work there are things that need to be changed or extra attention given and Martyn has always spotted these before we have had to even ask. First class.

Martyn and his team were great. An efficient job with minimal disruption and a pleasant team to have in the house. Worked well with us to plan the best layout and features to meet our needs. Would recommend.
