Absolutely useless . Had a fence last year which I have already had to have re done as the posts that he installed are not big enough and nothing holding them in the ground , Keith definitely does not own a string line and when questioned he states he puts the posts in the same place as the old ones!? . The levelling of grass and re turf is now not level as he didnt roll to compact before turf was laid. He offered artificial grass which was cut into place then apparently to return to finish and never came back as I dont think he knew how. Never bothered to try to contact to make good As it would be a waste of time . 20 years in the industry and he has no idea!!! Keith newstead is not Evan cheap and be brings 2 absolutely useless workers with him I cant understand how anyone is happy with the quality of work they provide. Service: Yard work

Honestly some gardeners are con-artist who ask for your full salary to do just a small portion of the garden, and just when you find someone like the K&K who are a very reasonable priced, they decide not to even turn up. I have called, left messages, even text messages and nothing!!! Keith only came to my house once, last year and I was happy, however it was only once. My experience is that Keith is not at all reliable and he may never turn up. Keith if you read this, then understand you are running a business, and if your not then why do you have your name on here? To others please be careful!
