We were let down both on quality and fitting by one of the big high street fitters but Dave came to the rescue. The service, technical support and vast range of products is second to none. They will always be my go to place for anything worktop related.

We first came into contact with Permabond when our kitchen supplier wasnt able to provide long enough work top pieces for our dream design. They were quick to recommend Permabond and it has been easy to see why. Sourcing worktop and upstands from this company has been by far the easiest interaction of a big renovation project. Taking the time to offer advice, explain pros and cons of different options and helping us to get to the right product respecting our budget. They do their utmost to work to your timescales, twice we have been offered a delivery window to work around other plans in the day and these little things really do make every bit of difference when youre juggling different trades, I have been really grateful for this extra effort. When we had a plan change from tiling to upstands and went back to Permabond, they were so helpful again, asking me to take photos so they could assess the best solution without needing another visit into the showroom, making sure I had the correct measurements, and offered another specific delivery window to work around existing commitments. Dave and Jonathon were colleagues we have had most contact with but the rest of the team are just as willing to help, friendly and welcoming when you visit the showroom. Ok last thing! They gave me the suggestion of using leftover worktop and attaching to industrial table legs, taking the time to show pictures of how it could be done, which has avoided waste and means we have a lovely matching dining table. No upselling, just genuinely decent people and solid service. If you are looking for beautiful worktops, with sound advice, efficient communication and good value, dont look any further than this brilliant family fun business.
