Very poor quality on seating manufactured by Belfield for Bailey caravans. Cheap low grade foam just collapses within weeks of use and is not fit for purpose. Returned twice under warranty expressly requesting a replacement in a better grade. Both times this request was ignored and the cushions were sent back to us with the same cheap foam. Belfield made no attempt to contact us to justify their decision to ignore us (or why they chose to use cheap inferior materials). We have since paid for the foam to be replaced by a much more reputable supplier (CBSCC in Bristol). AVOID Belfield if you want quality products or good customer service!

I bought a Carnaby Silverdale static caravan back in February 2022 as part of the snagging list in April I reported that the cushions on the 2 seater and 3 seater sofa were starting to sag and become unsupportive. In the time between delivery and report the caravan had been used maybe 2 to 3 times for weekends by 2 people so hardly heavy usage .An inspector came out in around May and I heard no more although I chased the dealer several times. I asked the dealer just before Christmas again and I've just found out that Bellfield have told Carnaby that they are unwilling to do anything as they've designated the complaint wear and tear . Needless to say I'm annoyed as it leaves me with 2 sofas that are uncomfortable to sit on . Services: Couches/sofas, Chair construction & installation
